SF1503CH Coil Fed Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Introduction SF1503CH Rolled steel cutting machine is composed; of a feeding trolley, a single support un-coiler, auxiliary support, a feeding mechanism, a leveling feeder, a sheet metal positioning, alignment device, a laser cutting unit, and an electronic control system. The automatic design of the whole process, improving the utilization of entire coiled materials. This machine requires 208v @ 200a 3ph / 480v @ 100a 3ph electrical input. SF1503CH Technical Parameters Main Features of Rolled Steel Laser Cutter 1. Stepless Speed Regulation The support roller is driven by the geared motor with a sprocket, keeping the plate between the un-coiler and feeding in a suspended state. The speed reaches up to 393″/min, in order to achieve the proper stress-relief of the coiled material. Load-bearing capacity of the single support un-coiler is 22,000 lbs 2.Ultra-Precision Correction Technology A special lead screw nut is used to drive the Guide roller to the sliding block, allowing the guide tube wheel to straighten the plate. Providing the variable guiding positions of the plate, preventing the plate from being scratched during the feeding process, and accurately positioning the plate consistently without laser edge-finding, saving prep time on plate cutting.3. Rapid Stress Relief Technology After the coiled material is un-coiled; during feeding the flat material is straightened by the straightening machine, the internal stress of the plate is straightened in before processing, making the plate/product smoother, and consistent laser cutting.Cutting examples
